Set in an elevated location, the villa enjoys expansive views stretching over a lush, wooded valley and out toward the Atlantic Ocean. One of its standout features is the heated indoor-outdoor pool pavilion—a versatile, year-round space. Floor-to-ceiling glass panels can be fully opened to let in the fresh air or closed off for cozy evening gatherings.

After sunset, soft ambient lighting in and around the pool, combined with the swaying coconut trees outside, creates an atmosphere reminiscent of a high-end resort. The pool itself includes a shallow children’s section with built-in seating, while the surrounding terrace is furnished with comfortable seating areas and sun loungers.

Next to the pool, a chic bar area—with stools and a drinks fridge—offers the perfect setting for a private cocktail experience. A projector system adds another layer of entertainment, allowing films to be enjoyed poolside or under the night sky.

The villa is ideally located just 3 km from the coastline (as the crow flies), or about a 6 km (8-minute) drive to the beach.
