  • The house is located in Alcamo Marina, on the first floor of a building with a separate entrance, private parking, a large veranda with a relaxation area and a patio facing the sea, a bright living room with a hallway leading to three bedrooms, each with windows, a bathroom with a shower, and a comfortable kitchen; outside, there is a shower with hot water. It is approximately 100 meters from the sea, with access to a public sandy beach. The beachfront home is cool and airy and is equipped with everything a family of 4–5 people needs to enjoy a pleasant, peaceful beach vacation away from the stress of the city. At the same time, just a few hundred meters away, there are shops for all your needs, including a grocery store, bakery, pizzeria, and more.
    is an excellent starting point for excursions to nearby tourist destinations such as Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello with its sea stacks, and the nearby thermal baths of Segesta.
