Bicycle Boulevard Byway, 1 KB, Near Old Town

This is a great home in a touristy area that is connected by great walking trails, bike trails and very near Old Town.

The home is fully equipped to serve a short one night stay or a longer stay. This space is well equipped with all the necessities in the kitchen, and full refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker (Keurig), toaster, etc. There is a dinning room table with seating for four and a breakfast bar that seats three. There is one private bedroom with a king bed. The bedroom opens to a small patio area. Additionally there is plenty of closet space, one full bathroom with a shower and bathtub combination. The living room features a 60 inch smart television and free wifi. There are plenty of extra blankets and towels provided. As an additional service to our guests we do provide amenities that include k-cup coffee pods, a variety of creamer cups, teas, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Guests are able to access the whole private space during their stay.

The neighborhood is a wonderful connection to bike and walking trails along the Bosque, a half mile to Old Town, and close to the freeway.

We are pet friendly and charge $50 per pet per stay, that will need to be coordinated in advance. If you are in need of a late check out (checkout is 10am), we can assist for an additional $30 fee. Any additional fees will need to be coordinated and paid prior to stay.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
