The location is situated at an altitude of 1200 m on the connecting road between Davos and Lenzerheide.The semi-offset layout of the floors gives the interior a friendly atmosphere. There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom/WC, a shower/WC, a living/dining area with an open fireplace and an open gallery above the living/dining area. The gallery offers overnight accommodation for up to four additional people with an additional sofa bed, so that a total of up to ten people can find space. A terrace and a large balcony are attached. An integrated garage and two parking spaces in front of the house provide space for three vehicles.
