Mobility statement - This villa is in a hilly/mountainous area, whilst the roads leading to the villa are better accessed via car, rather than by foot. To access the villa there is a path which is 300cm wide alongside 1 step. The front door has a width of 70cm, whilst the door to the terrace is also 90cm wide. There are 3 steps down from the covered terrace to the poolside. The terrace is tiled with a small side lawn. This is a ground-floor property. All bedrooms and bathrooms have a door width of 72cm.
