Casa Duarte is a comfortable light and airy 4 bedroom villa, located in between the resorts of Olhos D'Agua and Acoteias. The villa is well furnished and has a private swimming pool set in a large lawned garden. The village of Acoteias is nearby, where you will find the 9 hole Pine Cliffs golf course and a varied choice of restaurants, shops and supermarket within walking distance. Barranco and Falesia beaches are all no more than 5 minutes' drive away as well as Olhos D'agua with its small sandy cove and traditional fish restaurants. WiFi and air conditioning/heating in all the bedrooms are included.  

Villa Casa Duarte is located between the resorts of Acoteias and Olhos D'agua. There is a cafe and a restaurant within 10 minutes walk and  few more bars, gift shops and a supermarket within a further 5 minutes away towards the centre of Acoteias. The renowned 9 hole Pine Cliffs golf course is also located in Açoteias, which is perfect for beginners and advanced players. The nearby resort of Olhos d'Agua is also a short drive away, as is the popular strip at Praia D'oura and the Old Town of Albufeira.

Albufeira Municipal Tourist Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 13 and over, for the first 7 nights. No charge from 1 November to 31 March. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
