Charming Villa with Heatable Pool and BBQ

Villa Molucas is a stunning property situated in São Rafael, Albufeira, close to the beautiful beaches of Castelo and Evaristo, as well as shops, restaurants and bars within a short walking distance. Ideal for group holidays, it combines comfort and privacy in all its spaces.



On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed en suite with a bathtub, a bedroom with 2 single beds en suite with a bathtub and a guest bathroom.



On the first floor there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds each, both en suite with a bathtub.



On the second floor, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds en suite with a bathtub.



The kitchen is fully equipped and is complemented by a secondary kitchen, perfect for preparing additional meals.



For leisure moments, the villa has a games room with a snooker table, providing hours of fun with family or friends.



On the exterior, there is a traditional barbecue, an outdoor dining area and a wonderful swimming pool with good sun exposure (heatable as an optional extra).



The property offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms, being 10 minutes' drive from Albufeira, with easy access to bars, restaurants and shops.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 10 guests.

From the 11th to the 12th guest an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.
