This fantastic 4-bedroom apartment, located on the 13th floor with lift and staircase access, features free internet and air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms with double beds, one of them en suite with shower, and a bedroom with 2 single beds en suite with shower. There are also two bathrooms with shower and a service bathroom.



The living room is spacious and bright, ideal for moments of family or friends gathering. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering everything you need to prepare your meals and enjoy them in the dining area, whilst contemplating the stunning views provided by the large windows.



The extraordinary upper terrace is the true highlight of the property, offering a perfect setting for unforgettable moments. With a private swimming pool that invites refreshing dips, an outdoor dining area and a barbecue ideal for family grilling, this space combines leisure and elegance. The moving day for this property is on Saturday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making a reservation, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is for 8 guests.

From the 9th guest onwards, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed.
