Villa Azzurra is a charming 2-storey residence located in the peaceful Sesmarias urbanisation in Albufeira, which comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, being the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday in the Algarve.



The living room is spacious and welcoming, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, offering a bright and comfortable environment for moments of rest and socialising. The dining room, integrated into the same space, is spacious and invites you to share meals with family or friends, with direct access to the outside, where natural light enters and makes the environment even more pleasant.



On the ground floor there is a suite bedroom with a bathroom with a bathtub, providing privacy and comfort, as well as a service bathroom with a shower, ideal for greater convenience during your stay.



On the first floor, the villa has two bedrooms with two single beds in each one, decorated in a simple and comfortable manner. This floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub and access to a magnificent terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun and the mild climate of the Algarve.



The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare home-cooked meals with complete comfort.



On the outside, guests can enjoy a fantastic private pool, ideal for cooling off on hot days, a perfect barbecue area for outdoor meals and a ping-pong table that guarantees moments of fun. The spacious outdoor space provides a relaxing and inviting environment, perfect for making the most of summer.



Located near beautiful beaches, restaurants and the main attractions of Albufeira, Villa Azzurra offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday in the heart of the Algarve.



The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season).

If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).

Hiring a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. However, if you are interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them.



Group deposit: €150 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.



Please note that the occupancy of this property is 6.

From the 7th to the 8th guest, an additional charge will be applied which includes an extra bed.



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
