The Villa Sapphire is a fantastic and modern house that has been completely renovated and is in the final stages of furnishing. Located in a privileged area, just minutes from the best beaches of the Algarve and from supermarkets, restaurants, and the vibrant nightlife of Albufeira, this property offers the perfect balance between comfort, luxury, and proximity to dozens of leisure options.



With 5 en-suite bedrooms, including 4 double rooms and 1 spacious room with 2 double beds and 2 single beds, the villa guarantees privacy and comfort for the whole family or group of friends.



The social area stands out for its spacious and elegant living and dining room, and the modern, fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your meals. For entertainment moments, you can enjoy a games room with a snooker table.



Outside, the villa offers a true leisure paradise, with a heatable private pool (optional extra) surrounded by extensive garden areas. The space also includes an exclusive pool bar with an integrated BBQ, ideal for outdoor meals, and a pool support toilet for greater comfort.

The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 14 guests

From the 15th to the 17th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
