The living and dining area is spacious and inviting, with a double bed available in the living room, ideal for shared moments and meals together, and access to the outdoor balcony.



The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with three single beds, providing comfortable accommodation for all guests. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and another with a shower. The apartment is located on the first floor with elevator access.



The kitchen is fully equipped, ready for you to prepare your favorite meals with ease.



Outside, the complex offers a swimming pool for adults and a separate pool for children, as well as well-kept gardens and a barbecue area with an outdoor dining table, creating the perfect setting for family leisure days.



Located close to Falésia Beach, Apartamento Santa Monica is also near restaurants, shops and the main attractions of the region, making it the ideal choice for a memorable holiday in the Algarve.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests

However, it is possible to accept 2 more guests, who will be accommodated on additional beds.
