Check in..was sent 3 different access codes..eventually getting in.Smoke detector beeped constantly on arrival. I tried to contact management several times, who did not answer. I also sent eventually they asked me if I wanted them to take the batteries to which my reply was "I would prefer they CHANGED it". Alarm beeped constantly until wednesday when someone came however brought the wrongs battery. I was told she would come back however did not reappear until friday the day before we were due to leave, thus obviously leaving us without fire protection. I videod the girl taking the detector down. On the Wednesday we woke up to no water supply, again had to call for several hours before someone replied to say it would be back on in an hour. This did not come on until 2am on thurs and we were woken by toilets running. Again the water went off friday for the full day for washing or toilet facilities. The management company were rude and offered no assistance and i feel for the amount of money we paid for the week it was disappointing to be left with NO fire protection and NO washing or toilet facilities. I have videos if the girl removing the smoke detector and due to the rudeness of the member of management in charge I took a video if the villa before leaving and they have now said they are not refunding my deposit. We only used 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms..never cooked or used any kitchen equipment. We have used VRBO for a long time and never had issues before.
