Our dedicated mission to environmental responsibility is a testament to this commitment.Villa Aruba is a wonderful 5-bedroom property, with a private pool (pool heating optional as an extra) with a privileged location between the Marina and the charming old town of Albufeira.This fantastic property is distributed over 2 floors, with 3 en-suite bedrooms on the ground floor, with two single beds each (one with the possibility of being converted into a double bed) and air conditioning in the bedrooms.On the first floor you will find 2 equally en-suite rooms, one of which with two single beds and another with a double bed. One of the rooms has an outdoor terrace with a table and chairs perfect for relaxing and contemplating the stunning sunset.The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, toaster, microwave, kettle, utensils, and also provides another dining area for a more relaxed environment. In the laundry room, you can find the washing machine and all ironing amenities.The living room is furnished with comfortable sofas and a TV equipped with satellite channels and in the same area you can find the dining room. Both rooms allow access to the spacious outdoor terrace.In the relaxing outdoor area, you will find a private swimming pool (pool heating optional as an extra), a typical Algarvian barbecue perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals prepared among friends or family, and to relax from the Algarve sun's heat, with parking for up to 4 cars within the property.The location of Villa Aruba just a few minutes from the historic centre of Albufeira, famous for its restaurants, central square, shops and lively nightlife, with many bars offering live music almost every night, makes this property the ideal choice for your holiday. The nearest beach is just 1.5 km away and less than 250 m away you will find a small supermarket and some restaurants and cafés.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).
