Additional rules and important information



Deposit of $100 per person at check-in, paid in cash or card. The amount will be refunded by bank transfer within 15 business days after check-out, if no damages exist.



In case of damages, the amount will be previously communicated and only the corresponding amount will be withheld.



Check-in: from 4 PM

Check-out: until 10 AM



Early check-in late check-out: subject to availability and only confirmed 2 to 3 days before arrival.



Extra people: it is possible to add guests by placing an extra bed, bedding, and towels.

Pet Friendly pets are allowed with prior notice.

Extra cleaning fee: 50€



Towels available according to the accommodation's capacity. Extra towels or sheets can be provided upon request.
