This property is perfect for those seeking a holiday with privacy and excellent communal spaces, where you can bring your pet, and stands out for its incredible fully equipped barbecue room and various well-distributed outdoor areas.



Inside the property, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms, 3 with double beds and 1 with two single beds, plus two individual sofa beds that can accommodate up to 10 guests in total comfort. The living room is spacious and bright, ideal for relaxing or spending time together after a day at the beach. The kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine, microwave, coffee machine and all the utensils necessary to prepare complete meals. The house also has 4 complete bathrooms (3 with shower and 1 with bathtub), ensuring comfort for all guests. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and free Wi-Fi ensure comfort throughout your stay.



On the exterior, the dwelling presents different well-thought-out zones for leisure and socialising. From the main living room, access is made directly to the terrace and to the interior of the private swimming pool enclosure, which is fenced. Next to the swimming pool, there is a large grassed and landscaped area, ideal for relaxing in the sun or for children to play, and also perfect for those travelling with pets.



One of the great highlights of the house is its barbecue room — a spacious covered and semi-enclosed terrace with sliding glass doors, designed exclusively for socialising. This space is fully equipped with a barbecue, sink, fridges to keep drinks cool, a large dining table and even a table football game, making it perfect for group meals and leisure time. With the sliding doors open, this area functions independently from the fenced pool area, with no direct access to it, which allows you to separate the socialising and leisure zones — especially practical for families.



Located in the Mouraria area, in Albufeira, this property offers a calm and private environment, being just a few minutes' drive from Galé Beach, Salgados Beach and other beaches in the western area. Also close to restaurants, supermarkets and attractions such as Zoomarine, it is an excellent base for exploring the Algarve with total comfort.



Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:

• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.

• Smoking inside the property.

• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.

• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.

• Security call-out due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.

• Incorrect use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.

• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.

• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.

• Key left inside the lock.

• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool, where applicable.



The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay. Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the security deposit and paying the tourist tax.



For your security, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.
