Villa Honolulu is a stunning holiday home located in Quinta da Balaia, perfect for those seeking comfort and privacy near the best beaches and amenities in the Algarve.



The spacious and cozy living and dining room is equipped with a television and connects to a sunny room, ideal for relaxing and socializing.



On the ground floor, there are two twin bedrooms and an additional bathroom, perfect for families or friends.



On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, one twin and the master bedroom with a double bed, both with en-suite bathrooms. This floor also features a large terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.



The kitchen is fully equipped, providing everything you need to prepare your meals with ease.



Outside, the property is walled and fenced, ensuring total privacy. It features a large heated pool (extra cost), surrounded by sun loungers, and a barbecue area with a patio for outdoor dining, where you can enjoy the sunny Algarve days.



Located just a 5-minute drive from Santa Eulália, Maria Luísa, and Oura beaches, the villa is also close to Albufeira’s Strip, shops, restaurants, water sports, and golf courses.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 10th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.

We love this villa

We’ve stayed in this villa for a week for the last few years. The pool is a fantastic size, downstairs is spacious, the kitchen is well equipped. We love it. Only comments for improvement would be: A cover for the pool - especially out of season when it’s heated. Upgrading of the upstairs bathrooms - the downstairs ones have been done and they are fabulous, but the upstairs ones are a little dated, and the plumbing could do with an upgrade - the shower drain gurgles when the toilet is flushed. However, the above would not stop us staying in this beautiful villa. We look forward to visiting again next year. Thank you

Tolle Villa

Sehr sauber, großartiger poolbereich mit Kicker, Billard und Grill. Schöne Zimmer und eine gut eingerichtete Küche Leider war die Nachbarschaft, i sbesondere bei der Heimkehr in der Nacht.

Great Stay

We had a lovely week at this villa. The pool was lovely and the outside seating was good. Although the wooden chairs outside a couple of them were broken and they could have done with cushions on them. We used the Barbecue a couple of times which was great. The shower in the one of the upstairs bathrooms could do with replacing as it is looking a bit tired, but the other showers were lovely and looked new. It was about a ten minute walk to a big Aldi store but we did have cars so we drove quite a bit to Intermarche shop which was really good. Would definately recommend this property to family and friends.

The house booked is as desceibed and has all amenities you can ask for. This was as expected. The online and local support from Olivia and Martin were quick and professional which was really needed. BUT the whole booking experience is confusing, unclear, fragmented and above all stressfull. Tons of documents (all claimed mandatory , even for eu citizens traveling in the eu) , various confirmation mails from different email accounts and intermediate companies give you a vibe of phishing and fraud. You travel to the location hoping that all will be well. NOT what i expect from the companies owning vrbo. I will not book again until this is in min 2024 state.

Great villa

This is our third stay in this villa and all being well we will be booking again for next year. It suits our group with its ease of getting to the old town and strip but is also quiet, private and relaxing for those pool days.

September getaway

We stayed here last year and had a great time and was not disappointed this year either. Fantastic location. We had a small problem with the pool which took just one phone call and even though it was a Sunday someone arrived within a couple of hours to sort the problem out. Would highly recommend this property, also the friendly and helpful people involved.

Fire alarm went off twice at 4am! No basic utilities (cork screw, scrub pads, washing up liquid, kitchen roll, toilet rolls etc) Toilet blocked! Very very old fashioned - needs a major modernisation!

Lovely villa in a quiet location

The villa is as listed, spacious and has everything you need. It was very clean on our arrival, the pool was checked and cleaned regularly whilst we were there. Plenty of towels for the week stay, love that they also supplied towels for the sunbeds. The villa is located in a quiet area with Aldi a short walk away so we could stock up on water etc daily. We did use ubers to get around in the evenings, they weren't expensive and there were plenty of them. The villa is advertised as sleeping 8+2. There were 10 of us and we were expecting 2 x put up beds, but when we got there they were on the landing and we had to decide where to put them. One had to go downstairs in the lounge as there was no room upstairs to put it. It wasn't too much of an issue but we felt that this could be better explained. Also there were only 8 sunbeds so we had to ring for another two. To be fair they did respond quickly and we had them the following day. Also the water wasn't hot for all of us to have showers, again when we rang up about it, it was sorted the following day. The villa does seem to be in need of refreshing, one of the cupboard doors is loose and the doors to the sun lounge at the rear are a little difficult to open and close. The main lounge however, does seem to have been refurbished with lovely comfy leather settees to sit on. As stated the villa is in a quiet location, we had a relaxing holiday and would definitely recommend booking it for a holiday.

Well managed property

Took less than an hour from Faro Airport , the instructions from the agents took us right to the door . We found everything and more of what we would expect in a rental , and anything we needed could be bought at the local shops , no more than 5 mins drive away . We took advantage of the pool heating , which transformed the pool into a giant bath! Our boys loved it ! We tended to eat mostly at the villa because of the current situation, used the excellent built in bbq a number of times , and used the fully equipped kitchen . We had a lovely time!

Perfect

This rental home is absolutely amazing. The whole process from booking to actually being there was extremely smooth. We were taken care of once we arrived and had a visit from an agent a couple of days later. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The heated pool was a necessity, it was like a warm bath most days. It house was really spacious and airy and the six of us really enjoyed our October holiday. Would highly recommend a stay here.

Brilliant Family Villa

From booking to arrival the process was easy, communication was great. The property was perfect, plenty of room for the 9 of us. We were two families sharing and this villa was perfect with its own downstairs bedrooms with bathroom separated from the living quarters. This worked very well for us. The villa was cleaned after a week which was brilliant along with clean linens. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone.

Lovely spacious villa with own pool

Family of 7 stayed in this lovely spacious villa. The lovely outdoor garden with own pool has its own entertainment of a pool table and a football table, although depending what time of year you go it may be a bit cold of a night to play pool outside. The inside is big and has a conservatory where we spent most of our nights chilling with a beer or two even after we had been out for meals or out into Albufeira centre. There are two ensuit bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms and a family bathroom downstairs, which suited my husband and I and the kids as we had our own private space downstairs. The villa is minutes away by car to Albufeira strip, and easy access to ohlos de Agua bars and restraunts and easy access to vilamoura. would recommendation a car although it’s about a 20minute walk to Albufeira strip. There is a shop near by which is quite well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay here. We did pay for pool heating and although the pool isn’t that warm it does take away the chill of the water during the early months, (we went in May). One problem we occured during our stay was by the end of the week the downstairs family bathroom was covered with ants they had made their way into my toiletry bag and were all over the bathroom sinks and floor. Thinking there must be a nest outside. Hopefully this will get sorted. Other than this we had a lovely time and would recommend this villa.
