Villa Kailua is a charming traditional villa with a welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families or groups of friends seeking a relaxing holiday close to the beach and all amenities. Located in a quiet area of Santa Eulália, Albufeira, this property combines comfort and privacy with easy access to the lively local scene.



The bright living room is perfect for gathering and relaxing, featuring a comfortable lounge area and an integrated dining space. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single beds, and a bathroom with a shower.



On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms, also with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a bathtub, offering comfort and convenience for all guests.



The kitchen is fully equipped and provides the perfect space to prepare family meals in a relaxed and functional environment.



Outside, the villa features a beautiful garden and a large private pool that can be heated (additional cost), surrounded by a lounging area ideal for relaxing under the Algarve sun. There is also an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, perfect for enjoying pleasant summer evenings.



Villa Kailua is located on a quiet street within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and the beaches of Santa Eulália and Oura, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).

From the 9th to the 12th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
