Welcome to your modern mountain retreat. Built in 2022, this contemporary A-frame chalet blends sleek design with cozy cabin vibes to create the ultimate destination for family reunions and large group getaways.

The open-concept main level greets you with soaring vaulted ceilings and dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. In the great room, you can relax by the warm glow of the stone propane fireplace or gather around the striking granite kitchen island. The sleek kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, making it easy to prepare large meals. When it is time to eat, the spacious dining area flows seamlessly into seating for 12, making it an ideal layout for entertaining and group stays.

When the day winds down, guests can retreat to six well-appointed bedrooms. The layout thoughtfully includes relaxing queen suites and a dedicated bunk room, comfortably accommodating 16 or more guests across 11 beds and three full bathrooms.

The finished lower level is built entirely for year-round enjoyment. Guests can challenge each other to a game of pool, shuffle board, play classic Pac-Man on the arcade machine, or walk straight out to the private outdoor oasis. Outside, a covered gazebo on a concrete pad houses a luxurious hot tub, offering the perfect spot to soak and stargaze in any season.

Things to know:
A $150 fee applies for use of the hot tub.
A maximum of 6 vehicles is allowed per reservation.
The host will contact you 4 days prior to check-in to collect license plate information for vehicle registration.
There is a $10 fee per vehicle.
A parking pass must be displayed in your vehicle when using any amenities; fines may be issued if a pass is not visible.
Guests are required to dispose of all trash at the HOA dumpsters upon check-out.
