Beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1 Loft vacation home in the Poconos. This newly remodeled home features a modern open concept kitchen/living room.  Dining room opens to a beautiful sun room where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Upstairs Loft area is kids favorite hang out with a foosball table, TV and many movies the whole Family can enjoy. Kitchen comes fully stocked for those who enjoy making meals with friends and family. Beautiful decks, skylights and a fireplace are just some of the homes features your Family will love.  Upon request, linens and towels will be provided. Quiet neighborhood, close to hiking trails! Deer 🦌 are our daily visitors, feel free to bring corn for our friends!  Towamensing Trails offers lake access, tennis courts, basketball courts, pavilion as well as a playground.  Minutes from Big Boulder/Jack Frost, Jim Thorpe, Hickory Run State Park, Hawk Falls and other attractions.  30 minutes from Camelback waterpark/ski resort and Bushkill Falls.

Monika was so helpful and welcoming. The stay was beautiful. It was so nice to have a fully stocked kitchen with coffee. Very pet friendly with dog bowls. Definitely will book again.

Check in super easy, the house is amazing, cozy, we love the decoration, the rooms, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outside areas fantastic, we had a lot of fun in the común areas beach lake and pool, we’ll definitely want to come backstage

Splendid Stay

Everything about our stay was perfect. The home is welcoming, very well appointed and perfectly clean. I am super fussy about the latter and there was not a speck of dirt or evidence of any previous guests. We were 3 couples; it was nice to have the beds and baths separated for privacy. I had to bother the owner for a few questions; she was effectively responsive each time. Great location. I hope to go back💗hated to leave!

Relaxing and beautiful

Monika was very prompt with answering questions and helpful and accommodating with special requests. The property was very clean (with toddlers and crawlers, that was very important to me). We enjoyed the quiet location and daily visitors. While the bedrooms did each have a fan, it was difficult to get the upstairs bedrooms below 80 at night, even with the windows open. If you keep the 1 mini split in the common area as low as possible and keep the bedroom doors open, it may not be too warm. Obviously the time of year plays a big role as well. The extras, cleanliness and location outweigh the 1 "glitch" for us and we would stay here again. Thank you Monika for providing a great rental!

Beautiful home

This is a beautiful home that is well maintained and location was perfect for us based on our activities. You can tell they take good care of the property. It was clean, the small things were all considered and we felt very comfortable at the home. Monika was extremely responsive everytime you reached out with any questions. The house has 3 levels each with bathroom and bedroom (top floor has 2 bedrooms) so it allowed everyone in the family to have some personal space as well when needed. The basement has great amenities for children and adults. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to rent in that area.

Lovely Accommodations

The house was clean and welcoming, and had lots of different gathering areas so folks could play games without bothering others who preferred to chat or read in front of the fireplace. Kitchen was well equipped, and the supply of linens and towels for each bed and bathroom was a welcome addition. Located close to various scenic parks, waterfalls, and historic Jim Thorp meant we didn’t have to travel far to enjoy the gorgeous autumn foliage. Daily deer visitors in the backyard were a wonderful bonus. Great accommodations. We will be back!!

One of the Best!

Our stay at the Gala House was everything we expected and more. Even though the weather didn't cooperate the whole trip, the well equipped house made our stay very comfortable. Monika always had a quick for response for all our questions. Thanks for offering your home in the Poconos.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at Monika’s beautiful, Towamensing Trails home. This was our first vacation with our adult, married children and new grandson! Monika was great to work with as a host. She gave great suggestions for restaurants, wineries, and was very responsive to any inquiries. The house was the perfect location for relaxing and unplugging for a long weekend. We enjoyed our morning visits from mother, deer and her babies, as well as quiet walks through the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property!

Nice clean place

Everything was as expected. Place was big and clean and had the kitchen fully stacked. Pool and lake were only few minutes away. Because the weekend was mostly rainy we spent a greater time inside and we’re not able to use the main tv in the living room for tv nights. Tv’s remote was not working but the host ordered it and it came the day before our departure. At that point the tv needed a host’s setup which we did not bother with. Otherwise all else was in order.

Thanksgiving vaca

Attention to details was spot on! Everything we needed for a thanksgiving feast was there.....even used the bbq grill!! Three bedrooms, two bath room were perfect! Location was awesome. Plenty of deer for the grandkids to see. We would absolutely go here again!!! Thx Monika!

Gorgeous updated home!

If you like the pictures, you'll like it in person too. We came for a short getaway for my 10 year old's March birthday so she could try skiing and my husband could do some snowboarding. I stayed home with our youngest. The house is so beautiful and thoughtfully updated!! Kitchen appliances are very nice and most look brand new. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The kids loved the bunk bed room and chose to stay in the same room when my oldest could have had a beautiful bedroom all to herself so that was sweet. The home is comfy and cozy. Wifi worked great (which is a must these days) and there are a lot of TV's with apps and a couple streaming services ready to go. The house is really really close to Jack Frost/Big Boulder; good location with restaurant and take out options. My husband and daughter drove over an hour to get to Elk Mountain, and then he did night skiing at Big Boulder that night. The host was excellent with communication and very responsive when I had questions. We'd love to stay here again, maybe in the summer when the lake/beach/pool are open.

the perfect girls weekend

A group of friends and I decided to get together and head to the mountains for a girls weekend! The photos of this home do no justice because it is absolutely gorgeous! The home is exquisitely maintained, with an amazing kitchen stocked with any necessary cookware and amenities along with a comfortable living space downstairs/upstairs for a group of friends or family. The location was perfect for our weekend. We were able to enjoy skiing at Jack Frost and tubed at Blue Mountain (due to the tubing at Jack Frost/Big Boulder not being open yet this season, but all resorts are just minutes away! The property owner was very welcoming to her home as she provided me with an easy check in, detailed information, and was very quick to answer any of my questions, she is an amazing host! We really couldn’t have asked for a better weekend up the mountains at this home! I highly recommend, and would love to stay again during the summer time!
