Le Mazot is a beautifully restored family home with traditional architecture. Both terraces offer stunning views of the Etendard glacier and the majestic Aiguilles d'Arves, making it the perfect place for a mountain getaway.



Located 400 m from the ski slopes in the heart of the Mollard hamlet, this detached house features separate living areas: a dining room on the ground floor and a lounge upstairs. Children will love the attic space, designed like a mountain cabin, with sleeping and play areas. In winter, parking is available in a public lot 50 m away; in summer, you can unload your car in front of the house.



The house spans three levels. Ground floor (access via about ten steps): living room with kitchen and sitting area (sofa bed for 2), opening onto a terrace, a bathroom with shower, and separate WC. First floor: lounge (trundle sofa for 2 singles) with TV (HDMI/Jack for Apple devices), Bluetooth speaker, balcony and terrace, 1 bedroom (double bed), bathroom with shower and WC. Second floor: attic with 3 single beds and a walk-through bedroom (double bed). Total floor area: 105 m², including attic spaces.



Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee. Cleaning service is available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed in the chalet.
