Vi har rejst meget og overnattet på rigtig mange hoteller. Dette var ud over al forventning - vi plejer ikke at lade os benove, men vi følte os nærmest som kongelige med udsøgt betjening og meget flotte værelser med udsigt over havet. HELT fantastisk oplevelse 😊😊. Vil anbefale til alle !

Food was ok, not impressive, drinks are bad, you have to take taxi every time when going to town. Long lines at the restaurant, limited quantity of coffee cups, knifes and forks.

We had 3 rooms, none was available when we arrived. We were placed into very poor condition rooms at NoxInn club half a mile away. This was my first time in Turkey and I was shocked by the "club" rooms condition. The hotel promised to issue a refund for 1 night when Expedia contact them. Expedia is saying they cannot get a response from the hotel and cannot give the refund. Additionally, there was some stinky sewage leaking just 100 m from the main beach (from the diving center to the sea). Terribly slow elevators. No ATM, no tour guide services. Fresh beach towels were not available at least one day

Nice hotel in general. Large comfortable rooms with AC. Clean in general, but smelly pillow covered by a clean pillow case was really disappointing (could be an isolated event). Packed with an incredible amount of tourists at this time of the year, I feel that the hotel is overwhelmed by the number of guests during peak season. Great buffet but 20 minute wait standing in line for any grill item. Not overpriced. If you don’t mind an overcrowded modern hotel, this place can be a good choice.

Dans l’ensemble, nous sommes satisfaits de notre voyage, mais le personnel n’est pas toujours très serviable. Pour la clientèle . Il nous a été refusé de nous appelé un taxi ! Et au niveau du service au bar de la piscine c’était vraiment désagréable. Les buffets sont copieux mais tout a un peu le même goût . On passe énormément de temps à attendre l’ascenseur, car trop petits par rapport à la taille du bâtiment et le nombre de clients . La propreté était parfait , ainsi que l’accès direct à la plage. Bien placé car proches de plusieurs commerces

Lower than expected!
Very congested hotel! Sometimes u feel the working Stuff lose control, two hours to check in ,we booked 4 rooms they gave us every room in different story. No signage at all u lose ur way easily between floors and facilities. Very noisy A/C, shower cabinet leaks.

Points need to be considered by the Hotel manageme
The hotel was ok, but: 1) the check in time over than an hour…. 2) during the waiting, the reception team advised us to have coffee while wait from lobby as all inclusive, but the lady was rude and refused as they asked for bracelets… 3) 4 rooms which we have as family, was separated very far a part and after long complains they changed 1 to make them closer 4) the internet is the worst ever. The number of routers are very less which do not have enough bandwidth for the number of people, so every time you try to connect you will be booted immediately. 5) The team at the pool area was rude at the time of requesting the snacks as they delayed alot and was arguing with us for the reasons of delay and forgot the hospitality of the Hotels… 6) the spa team was the worst, as they were arguing for no reason and trying to convince you to purchase their service packages and every time you want to your the facilities they have without paying they will either tell you it is not working as the steam area and sauna which will break from adding water and the jacuzzi was broken until they fixed it The only 2 things which was good, are: 1) the food was nice and several options available ( but restaurant AC damaged as it is very hot inside) 2) the pools was good and nice.

Generally it’s good. But when they couldn’t find our booking in their computer at the beginning, the hotel didn’t wanna help uns contacting Expedia. They asked us to call Expedia by ourselves while didn’t let us use their telephone. Fortunately they found our booking later, otherwise we would be there alone and helpless in turkey while everything’s actually paid.

Nice vacation hotel for a few days
Surprised that the beach was two floors down and across the street from the hotel. Also the beach is a bit rocky and rough.

We thank to our guests of their being and having nice time in our resort. Our resort's common area is two floors. So, it means it is on the same floor. That street which our guest mentioned is being used by services which brings our guest to the hotel. So, it is not a big and busy street. About beach, we will have a sandy beach with our hotel's big renovation next year. We want to thank to our lovely guest again and we wait them for next year too.
