"Great place to vacation "

"It was a wonderful place to stay nestled in the woods. We had a family from Berlin, Germany staying with my husband.and I! The children ages 9,11, and 14, We had access to the lake and water park across the street so that was a bonus! I do have a complaint about the kitchen, no paper towels, no dishcloths (the dishwasher was broken) and only 2 wine glasses! Also, there was a bit of coffee for us but you should have a Keurig coffee maker as well! We brought Keurig pods with us, and/or a bigger...

"We came in town for my brother's.Wedding and this beautiful house really made the entire event for my side of the family. It was large enough to accommodate all of us. It was stunningly beautiful every single person in my family for once agreed on something that we all enjoyed and loved this beautiful home!"

"We loved our stay! The property was super cute, clean, and was a really lovely location! The ceilings are really low upstairs, so if you are on the taller side it may not be the most comfortable, but we enjoyed the space and amenities and how easy it was to check in. Definitely recommend! "

"We rented the lake house for a soccer tournament in Petoskey and it was absolutely wonderful! Tons of space and amenities… truly a great experience. The bunk beds and huge couch in the game/tv room were a big hit with the players. Grill worked fabulous as we cooked a ton of chicken and brats on it for a team bbq. Kitchen had everything you could need to cook up a storm. Parking enough for 4 vehicles. Clark and Kate were amazing hosts and really did a great job with communicating and...

"The property is very nice. Setting is really pretty and it felt like “home” when we walked in. Quite clean and decorated nicely. I especially liked the bathroom vanity and storage above toilet. Great floor plan and spacious. Close to town and water. The “Bill Knapp” donuts and “Dots” pretzels were a big hit! Thank you for providing us with such a pleasant stay. Vicky, Tecumseh, Mi."

"This place was perfect for a skiing weekend with friends! The hot tub and sauna were clean and felt soo nice after a long day to decompress. There were a ton of space heaters, extra blankets, towels and fans available to use which was amazing for our big group. Very close to downtown Boyne city as well!"

"This home is in a beautiful location, close to a wonderful beach, in a quiet area close to downtown Charlevoix. It is a lovely, home with a big kitchen for easy cooking and lots of bedrooms for kids or friends. We loved every minute of our stay and were grateful for the help the owners gave when we couldn’t figure out how to work some of the appliances! What a beautiful place to vacation!"

"Wonderful house with everything you need (might need to bring some plastic silverware) and right on a clean lake. We had such a great time, and Joe was very responsive. It is also close to lots of fun things to do. Highly recommend!!"
