"Estuvo increíble además que cuentan con venta de alcohol y esta increíble. Lo unico que les faltó es climatizar la alberca porque estaba muy fría, pero aun así la pasamos excelente. Si volvería a hospedarme y por mas tiempo."

"The room was spacious and clean. The bed and bedding were super confortable! Everything worked: the internet, the hot water, the a/c, the toilet, etc… the view of the terrasse is breathtaking. Only met one employee but he was very kind. Getting to the city center is very easy on foot from the hotel. Overall, best hotel I have stayed in while in Mexico."

Obeservaciones; Falta de letreros para llegar al hotel, apesar que esta junto al callejon del Beso. Agregar servicio de cafe en las habitaciones, ya que al ser un pueblo magico. No todas partes habren muy temprano y estaria excelente poder degustar un cafe en cada balcon del hotel.

"The hotel is in a great location, right in the heart of the city. Everything is easily walkable, and it’s great to be able to stop in easily as you’re moving in different directions to grab things, go to the bathroom. The family suite was excellent for us with kids (ages 4 and 7), and was in a good spot with less noise (rooms overlooking the plaza are louder do to how much fun everyone is having outside). Great stay, great service, great location. Would highly recommend "

We really enjoyed the architectural charm of the entire establishment. They offer a continental/Mexican breakfast from 8 to 12 which was great to have as an option.
A tip that would have been good to know prior to arrival is that you can pull up to the hotel if you see a gap in the metal/chain fence outside and upon arrival...
