"The room was great. This isn't like a normal hotel... it is some suites that are in an office building. Checkin was done at the security office and you have access to the club on floor 20. No complaints at all, a very nice place and great facilities, but if you are expecting a normal hotel with restaurants and people everywhere, this isn't like that."

"The man at the front desk (and his dog, Sub!) were very kind and helpful and the hotel itself was beautiful, extremely clean, and quiet. We were only there for one night but wish we could’ve stayed longer! We will definitely be staying again the next time we’re back in Birmingham."

"Staff was exceptional. I have a special needs son and they assisted in his transitions and showed great patience with us. That means a lot! Rooms were big and nice. Food from the restaurant was great. I will definitely use them again."
