The 60 m² apartment is situated on the first floor, can accommodate up to 3 people, and consists of a spacious equipped kitchen with sofa, a bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The holiday home also offers a private balcony, perfect for relaxing in the evenings and enjoying the surrounding landscape. The apartment is accessible via stairlift and has step-free interiors. For your relaxation, there is no Wi-Fi or television, but books and board games are available. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided, while towels can be requested for an extra fee.

This holiday home offers access to a shared outdoor area with a garden and barbecue facilities. Depending on availability, you can purchase some products from the farm. The nearest shops are in Ala (9 km), while restaurants are in Sega di Ala (5 km). There are 7 parking spaces on the property. Pets and smokers are not allowed. Breakfast with local and farm products is available on weekends and during July and August, and can be booked on site for an extra fee. The property offers homemade or homegrown products.
