Where should I start
All front office person thinks they are better class then customers never smile or greet customers once they see you coming pretend they are busy in computers and on my check out security person wants to know did we provide 5 star service, My answer was after 3 weeks staying I am moving to new hotel, He walk away and did not even bother to open door when I exit the hotel.
Dirty carpet ,2 pieces of towel provided and some days one only. Water leaks When take shower it takes 3 days complains to fix the issue. It was not a draining issue water was leaking because the sealant was missing between glass and floor. After staying there for a week front office girl asked if the problem is fixed and said we are thinking to
Paid for breakfast I ate there not more than 10 days out of 21 days, Hot food either cold or dry out sitting there for days, Dry breads. Coffee taste like drinking hot water
Don't treat customers like they are garbage. Customers are the one providing yours pay.
Overall, it was the worse hotel I stay, I sent E mail to management no one either bother to response or call.
