"The suites are spacious and well appointed. Ensuites for each bedroom plus a half bath! Wonderful for our family. The rooftop pool is contemporary and stylish. Very nice view and the jacuzzi is just lovely! Just be aware - no restaurants on the property"

A slight disappointment is that the fabulously insta rooftop restaurant doesn't offer any flavours of Arabia. The access to the pool with just 2 loungers is a little strange. Someone was already sunbathing when I visited and as I didn't feel comfortable having to lie next to them on the only other available bed in such a small space...

"Just back from a stay at Sofitel Bahrain and honestly, it was excellent. The hotel is in a stunning spot right on the beach with beautiful sea views and a peaceful, private feel. Staff were genuinely warm and attentive—nothing felt forced. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had that subtle luxury feel without being overdone.
The Friday brunch was a real highlight—loads of variety and great atmosphere. Spa is worth a visit too, and the pool area was perfect for a proper switch-off.

"My colleague and I came over for the weekend from Saudi, and it was lovely. Would definitely recommend the apartments, as they're often cheaper than the rooms. The lady serving drinks by the pool last weekend was absolutely lovely and a great chat!
Only disadvantage is that parents tend to let their kids run riot around the pool, screaming and splashing everyone, but that's a reflection on them, not the hotel. 10/10 will stay again next time."
