The only negative comment I can say is that the cleaners were only clearing the trash cans unless instructed to do more.

"Great checkin experience. Very efficient and and friendly staff. The rooms are very clean but getting a little tired. The price was really good with an excellent buffet breakfast which was well worth the extra $10 per person. Free parking."

All staff very friendly Be warned though hotel is very noisy due to the pub/clubs in the building, i was on 19th floor and could still hear the bass. Breakfast ok and some choice but area is on level 1 next door to the pub and even at 7am its was still loud and very smokey as smoking is permitted indoors here. Pool is very small and covered. The room was spacious and had a small kitchen attached to it. The bed was very comfortable.
The hotel needs upgraded. It is very old inside . The room was damp , we could smell a musty odour.
The room menu was covered in mould .

"Kingfisher retreat still holds a special place in my heart and I need to thank the staff (especially Maher) for making my second visit just as wonderful as my first visit back in 2023, when more rooms were being added during that time.
I stayed in the "original" 1 bedroom tent (23) and it was perfect. The private pool, while not temp-controlled, it still feels naturally relaxing.
Dinner (buffet) and breakfast (buffet) layout was superb and it still did not disappoint.
