There were issues throughout my stay which were all brought to the attention of & documented by the front desk.
First off, our pillow cases were uncleaned & needed to be replaced, front desk obliges, no big deal.
Second night i was awaken by a sinking feeling, apparently the sleep number bed had deflated completely on the half i was sleeping on & i spent the next 15mins trying to inflate it with no success. Contacted the front desk, they came up & had no answer to remedy the issue.
At that time, while the front desk person was still in the room, i also noticed that the comforter i was sleeping on had significant blood stains, yellow stains, & also black stains. I was so disgusted & irritated at that point they offered to switch rooms, but since i had to be up to leave in a few hours, at that point, i opted to check out & asked that my stay be discounted as a result.
The front desk person obliged, but said i must contact expedia with my request, but they'll document what happened on their end, for when expedia contact them.
I'm asking that my stay here be significantly discounted because of the unusual inconveniences of my stay.
