The home is designed to give families and groups both shared gathering space and comfortable sleeping options for up to 9 guests.

Sleeping arrangements:
• Bedroom 1: Queen bed — sleeps 2
• Bedroom 2: Twin-over-Full bunk bed — sleeps 3
• Bedroom 3: Full bed with Twin trundle — sleeps 3
• Second living area: Futon sofa bed — sleeps 1

The main living room provides a comfortable gathering area with a smart TV, while the second living area offers extra space to relax. The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals during your stay, and two full bathrooms help accommodate larger groups.

With multiple sleeping configurations and two separate living spaces, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups.

Guests have private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, both living areas, and the kitchen. Entry is provided through smart-lock self check-in. Locked owner supply closets are not accessible to guests.

Most places are easiest by car. Parking is on the right side of the joint driveway. Ride share options are available in the area.

Please note: The home shares a driveway with a neighboring property. Guests must park only on the designated side. Please do not block the neighbor's access.

No parties or events. No pets and no smoking. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Please be respectful of neighbors.
