The Area:
Escape to the heart of the Stockholm archipelago at this newly built guesthouse.

Just a 3-min walk to the water's edge, admire stunning views of the Baltic Sea and enjoy beautiful forest trails.

The popular Breviksbadet a short hike away, Central Akersberga an 8-min drive with stores, cafes and restaurants. Stockholm is a 25-min drive or a 30-min train ride.

Sleeps up to 5 people. Queen size bed in loft, double sofa bed in living room (125cm) and a childs bed (70x190cm) bed ground level room


The Space:
The space features modern timber finishes for a warm ambiance. The sleek matte black kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and induction stove and includes all essential cooking utensils.

The house has radiant floor heating with two zones which keeps the temperature comfortable.

The living room has an airy ambiance, with a generous 3.7-meter high ceiling. Custom-made dining benches comfortably seat 4 people around the dining table. The living room has a small sofa bed (125cm) that can have two adults sleeping in it and has a simple folding mechanism.

Upstairs, the master loft offers a pleasant space with a comfortable latex top queen-size bed with good support. There is generous storage space for clothing.

The small room downstairs features a smaller 70cm x 190cm bed, best suited for kids or teenagers. This room also has a combination washing/drying machine.
