Located in Aix-les-Bains, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, Studio Montcalm welcomes you to a comfortable 29 m² space for up to 2 guests. Enjoy a living area with a fold-down double bed and a sofa bed, plus a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, heating, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and vacuum cleaner.



Relax on your private balcony with table, chairs, and loungers. The property features a shared outdoor pool (open June 15–September 15, closed Tuesdays for maintenance) and an outdoor shower. A tennis court is available in the residence for your enjoyment.



You have a shared parking space on site and a private elevator to reach the studio on the 3rd floor. One pet is allowed, but parties are not permitted. Beach towels are provided.



The studio is in a quiet, secure residence with no overlooking neighbors. Thermal baths, city center, and shops are within walking distance. The train station is 500 m away. Nearby: swimming, cruises on Lake Bourget, cycling, hiking, open-air concerts, theater, cinema, casino, racetrack, and golf. Paragliding and climbing around the lake are possible, and the Mont Revard ski area is 30 minutes away.



All linens, towels, basic and cleaning products are provided. Please note: guests must clean before departure.
