  • Refined apartment with large terrace overlooking the garden on the first floor of a small private residence very quiet, 500m from the historic center of Aix-en-Provence. Reversible air conditioning. Free secure parking. Recently renovated with luxury equipment, TV, Internet.
    Large terrace, with garden table and chairs. Large living room with 2 sofas and armchairs. 1 spacious bedroom with 160cm bed or 2 twin beds to choose from. Dressing room, walk-in shower room. Independent fitted kitchen, with all equipment (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer), breakfast area with Nespresso, kettle, toaster...
    Traveler access
    Free parking in the residence. 10 minutes walk from the historic center and the market of the Place des Prêcheurs, and the Cours Mirabeau. If necessary, Bus every 10 minutes to the Place de la Rotonde, stop in front of the door of the residence.

This apartment was lovely and spacious, well thought out with everything you need for self catering. There is a big supermarket about 250m walk away and only a 20min walk to the town centre. Super beautiful, clean wirh comfortable bed.

The property was good . Location excellent . Walk to food store , walk into Aix!Nice to have the patio . All and all comfortable stay . Owner gave us a lot of info on restaurants , trips , shopping .In person check in with a non English speaker care taker was a challenge with specific operations. Tv , gates.Appliances are Convection .

This is a special property. The decor is unique and beautiful while the patio is a wonderful extension of private space. Very comfy and modern. A small car is a must.

Annicks Appartement entspricht voll und ganz der Beschreibung und noch viel mehr.Es ist super ausgestattet und die Klimaanlage war bei den heißen Temperaturen ein Traum. Wir konnten dadurch super schlafen.Die große Terrasse, auf der sich zudem immer ein Schattenplätzchen finden ließ, rundete das Ganze ab.Die Nähe zur Altstadt von Aix war perfekt. Die abgeschlossene Anlage mit eigenem Parkpkatz zudem sehr ruhig.Kommunikation mit Annick und auch Valerie vor Ort war ausgezeichnet.Vielen Dank.

This was a very cute place. Decor is very French. Check in was a bit of a mess up because they were not expecting us. Had to wait for an hour and a half for the place to be cleaned, even though we arrived after 6 pm. Place is a lot smaller than the photos suggest. Balcony was very handy and nice, some extra space to the apartment. Therк were three of us and it was just big enough to move around. We shuffled some furniture around to allow for more space. Location was good, 10-15 minutes walk to old town. Free parking is a HUGE bonus since there’s no parking anywhere in the city.

A little gem just outside historic Aix

This is a lovely little gem of a place just a beautiful 15-minute stroll to the historic center/Cours Mirabeau or Hotel de Ville. Comfortably furnished with secure parking and a lovely terrace to enjoy all the sunshine any time of year!

Stylish apartment

We loved the apartment and its stylish furnishings. It was well layed out, perfectly supplied with dishes and condiments, and had a spacious bathroom with a wonderful shower. It was also very secure with convenient parking.

Fabulous apartment! Comfortable and quiet!

Location was perfect for us but the bus service to town was also excellent. VERY well équipped! Would come again!

1/2 mile to all the things

This gorgeous apartment has all you could need for a comfortable stay in Aix. It is a short walking distance (20 minutes) to the markets, shopping, and restaurants. We were able to take tours to lavender fields and other places in Provence.

Séjour parfait

Appartement très bien situé, proche du centre d'Aix et disposant d'un PK, ce qui est très précieux dans cette ville. Joli décoration et bon équipement. La résidence est très calme. Tout à donc été pour le mieux, je recommande.

Great locarion

In the edge of Aix old town, and about a 10-15 walk to the centre (depending on how fast you walk), this property allowed us to walk to the centre for sightseeing and enjoying its many restaurants and bars. The property itself is comfortable with most amenities and an outlook onto a garden setting in a very secure gated community.

The apartment is exceptional - we knew we were in France! Parking is great. Be ready for a brisk walk to the city - 15-20 minutes.

Beautiful!

Had a fabulous stay in Aix-en-Provence in this beautiful apartment just outside the old town. It really is a home-from-home and has everything you could possibly need and more. Weather was very good to us, sunny everyday. Would definitely return, thank you.

Great if you have a car. We had a good time. Some deferred maintenance, but I’m sure it will be taken care of. Owner very nice about my booking error.

Lovely retreat

This place is quite charming and comfortable with lots of nice touches. Sitting on the quiet and secluded patio on our arrival with a glass of local wine provided by the host was a perfect start to our stay. While the location is outside the center of town itself, it is a 15 minute walk and the bus line #6 one block away will take you directly down to la Rotonde and the bus station. We especially appreciated being greeted by Valerie on our arrival and given a tour of the many amenities.
