A small piece of heaven
The communication with the owner is outstanding. He is very responsive, helpful and makes sure to pick you up at a meeting point so you can easy find tha villa upon arrival. We have rented a lot of houses and this is by far the best equiped with ALL you need ( there is even bottled water, soap, wine a garden where you are allowed to harvest and loads of other stuff for your convenience). The pool is huge with an awesome view overlookibg the sea. All outdoor areas (including the outdoor kitchen) are indeed fantastic and very clean. my best recommendations - a small piece of heaven.

Perfection at the top of the mountain
Very nice summerhouse, with a beautiful view of the corinth gulf. The terrace is perfect to be outside, while being shaded. We used it for all meals. Pool is clean, and very deep. Pool is slightly hot, due to it being in the sun most of the day. Perfect. Indoor is fine. The AC can be used to keep temperature down. The house is close to a nice little city with a nice (stone) beach and restaurants. The house is in range for many ancient sites with a car. Very few negatives: mosquitoes are plenty, bring detergent. The car entry is very steep, but managable. The house is shared in two, this one is the ground floor, which in our oponion is the better option.

Erstklassige Villa mit wunderbarem Meerblick
Wir wurden von Charis Vater sehr nett und herzlich am Anreisetag empfangen. Er hat uns unten im Ort abgeholt, und direkt jede Menge Tipps zum Einkaufen, Freizeitgestaltung & Strandbesuchen gegeben und den Weg zur Villa gezeigt. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb, aber mit dem Auto ist alles super zu erreichen. Die Villa liegt in einem wunderschönen und gepflegten Garten und man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf die Bucht und das Meer. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können nur jedem empfehlen die Villa Primavera zu buchen. Zur Begrüßung hatten wir frisches Wasser im Kühlschrank und Früchte. Sogar an frische Blumen wurde gedacht. Es war alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an Nichts. Ganz besonders gefallen hat uns natürlich der Pool mit Meerblick, die große Wohnküche und die schöne Terrasse mit dem großen Esstisch. Die Ausstattung der Villa war auch top (sehr hochwertig). In der Küche ist von Tellern über Gläser & Besteck bis hin zur Knoblauchpresse wirklich alles vorhanden was man als Selbstverpfleger braucht. Zwischendurch hat sich der Vermieter auch noch einmal gemeldet und gefragt ob alles okay ist. Er ist jederzeit erreichbar als Ansprechpartner, aber das Haus hatten wir natürlich trotzdem für uns alleine. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Très beau site
Tout est nickel. Belle vue. Très belle piscine. Grand jardin très fleuri avec des arbres fruitiers a disposition. Très bon accueil avec propriétaire qui nous a bien présenté le village let les bonnes adresses !!!!!!!! Ménage en milieu de s3jour Je conseille très vivement cette destination près de patra. Patrick

Luxueus appartement met zicht op zee.
Alles was perfect, het huis, de omgeving, het zwembad, de tuin… Hou er wel rekening mee dat je een wagen nodig hebt gezien de woning op een heuvel gelegen is. Er zijn 2 units in de villa die het zwembad delen. Deze heeft rechtstreeks toegang tot het zwembad en een overdekte patio met zicht op de zee en het zwembad. Winkel en restaurants zeer nabij alsook enkele leuke stranden. Je kan eten op het nabije strand onder de eucalyptusbomen.

Amazing view and swimming pool
The location is a bit remote (perfect for us) and villa has an amazing view. The drive up and parking is challenging as it is very steep. The pool is fantastic, very large but it is shared with another villa (which accomodates up to 10 ppl). It is also deep so not very suitable for small children. The outside space is very comfortable. Inside the villa is comfortable but not luxorious. It is a bit dark but also cool from high temperatures outside. The A/C is only in the living room, bedrooms have fans. One bedroom is very small and dark with small window. There is A/C outside of the window for villa upstairs and if on at night it is very noisy. The villa is really suitable for 4 ppl, the bathroom is also very small. The villa has 3 wifi networks but they do not work well. It is not possible to watch movies and even static pages take forevrr to load. There are cameras outside the villa, one overlooking the patio, which we felt was a privacy concern. The host is extremely friendly, hospitable and helpful. We had a good time staying at the villa for 2 weeks, thank you Dimos!
