"Friendly staffs and an amazing hotel owner. We enjoyed our stay. Ocean view from the room. Lovely sunsets."

"That place is horrible the day i came there the maid told me the door has no key and she said if I'm going somewhere just leave the door unlock and bring my important stuff like really? The place is so dirty smells horrible the ac was dripping water inside there's water all over on the floor bathroom is nasty the firts night stayed there is horrible and i feel unsafe. So ended of staying into a different place. What a waste of money..their advertisement is not true that place is horrible."

"Staffs are so helpful..we enjoyed the privacy and the pool"

"No television..lot of ants and insects. Beds were hard. Great ocean view and private beach"

"We love the place so much, super clean, well maintained, very nice pebble flooring outside which is very important in a wet weather as it doesn’t get slippery, amazing owners and staff, great foods, great ocean front and there’s diving and snorkeling spot just below the resort. I was amazed, the property was even better in person. We will definitely come back and will recommend people ❤️😇🙏"

"Fantastic staff 😃 Great location with oceanview and only 4 rooms to share the very nice pool.. Placed outside Dumaguete so easy to go to the city but still quiet.. 2nd time here and will return next year again for sure"

"Kitchen staff is very noisy and very slow with the food service. Reception staff is fantastic"

"Spacious room with tasteful furnishing. Good view from the balcony and traquility, only the sound of the waves (and may be sometimes from other guests). Friendly and helpful staff. We can recommend this hotel."

"Nice place to stay, Clean, great staff and room. Quiet area with very limited access to anything outside the resort. Restaurant needs to offer more variety and improve on the food quality of what they do serve."

"I want to give Susada 5 stars, but there were problems. I give them the benefit of the doubt that the problems were out of their control. However, the staff made the best of a bad situation, which is why I gave them 4 stars. If they put mini refrigerators in the rooms, I might come back."

"staff was not aware that we have booking confirmed, no room available."

"Good hotel small Rooms but good for price. Staff was so nice would come back. Even has good prices for whale shark tours"

"Flot hotel ned fantastisk udsigt. Ikke langt drab Oslob. Hotellet arrangeret ture til hvalhajerne. Alt i alt rigtig fint ophold."

"Personalet var søde men i restauranten virkede de ligeglade med en når man sad der. Man skulle kalde på dem hver gang, selv om de stod 3 personer I restauranten og man var den eneste der var der. Maden var ikke særlig god"
