"We had two extra nights to stay on the west side of the island. We were so happy with our choice. Convenient to Steps Bch, downtown Rincón, and centrally situated on the East side, the location is perfect. Everything is secured via 4 digit codes so no keys to keep up with. The unit is in a neatly kept neighborhood, and the unit is cozy but extremely clean and well-organized. I swam in the pool both mornings, very nice and well-kept. Outdoor spaces were very nice for relaxing and grill was easy...

"Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. Unit is located near several great restaurants, including Ola Lola's Tiki Bar, which has an amazing peanut butter burger. We would definitely stay in this...

The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! "We (5 surfers) rented the property the first week of Feb 2023 and were extremely disappointed with the condition. Mainly, there was mold throughout the house with the lower level bedroom blinds covered in it. As such, no one felt comfortable staying in those rooms to the point where we had two people sleeping on the floor on the second floor living room (which also has mold on the blinds). In addition, the bedroom/bathroom that is accessible through its own door smelled awful. We considered this...

"First impression was great exactly as pictured. Air conditioners works great. Comfortable beds and good decor. I was a bit disappointed that the pool is still under construction. I would have given the property 5/5 if the stove top and shower head had a bit more attention. I really liked the property and the location is great."

"We loved everything about this property! Located on beautiful crash boat beach with crystal water. Lots of food/drink trucks during the day and beach chair rentals & umbrellas Loved that they provided beach towels. Beach bar had a great menu and they sell ice. I suggest eating out every night since there is no AC in the main living area & kitchen. Bedrooms are nice and cool. Private parking for 3 cars was really nice too. Highly recommend. Hopefully we’ll be back!"
