The property consists of two independent villas and an exclusive swimming pool in a residential complex of private villas supervised 24/24 hours, which can only be accessed from a reception if you are a tenant or owner. The residence expands along 3 km of coastline dotted with beautiful white sand coves and crystal clear sea with exclusive access for guests. The villas extend over 1000 m² of land just 30 m from the white sand beach. The eclectic bulb shaped pool is made of sea water and measures 100 m². The garden is equipped with comfortable sun loungers, armchairs and wicker sofas on which to relax and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea. Each villa has a dining area with barbecue and solarium with impressive sea views.

RULES OF THE COMPLEX

According to regulations, guests must be accompanied by the agency upon their first entry. Please do not go directly to the gate, as access will not be allowed. We kindly ask you to meet us at the communicated meeting point. Guests or group members who arrive later at the check in time, upon prior notification, will be able to go directly to the gate and indicate the name of the villa and the surname of the reservation to obtain access.

The use of umbrellas, sun loungers, deckchairs or the like is generally prohibited on the beach, as it disfigures the natural beauty of the landscape.

Pets are not allowed on the beaches. It is strictly forbidden to stop or transit on beaches with any type of animal and it is also forbidden to bathe animals both in the port area and in the body of water in front.

Don't throw cigarette butts or matches on the street: a small gust of wind is enough for some dry grass to catch fire and start a fire.

Driving faster than 20 km/h, whether by car or electric golf cart, is also prohibited within the complex to ensure the safety of all residents and guests. We advise the kind clientele that during the period from mid September to mid June there may be maintenance or renovation work in some areas of the complex. In most cases, these are light, non noisy activities. However, we are not informed in advance of the type of intervention or the expected noise level.
