The holiday home has two bedrooms, a bathroom on the first floor and an additional shower room with toilet on the ground floor. For added comfort, there is a flat-screen TV with streaming services and a fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings in spring and autumn. From the balcony, you can enjoy panoramic views of both the mountains and the sea, a wonderful spot for your morning coffee or a relaxing summer evening.

Outside, you will find the private swimming pool, surrounded by a lush garden with several seating and sunbathing areas. The surroundings of Sellia-Julie are unspoilt and diverse, featuring olive groves, rugged mountains and beautiful beaches. The beaches of Souda and Plakias are just a few kilometres away, while Plakias itself, with its cosy tavernas, cafés and beach bars, is approximately 4 km from the villa. Culture lovers will also enjoy a visit to Rethymnon, with its charming old town and rich history, reachable in about 40 minutes by car. In the region you can go hiking, diving, mountain biking or join guided walking tours. For ultimate relaxation, olive oil massages are also available (a personal recommendation), and you can enjoy unforgettable sunsets by the sea.
