Cocoonr offers you this charming 27 m² air-conditioned flat to rent in Agde. It's located near the port, less than 300 metres from the beach, has a swimming pool and can accommodate up to 2 people.

Located on the 3ᵉ floor (with lift), the accommodation comprises:

- A 20 m² living room with a TV, a sofa, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen equipped with, among other things: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- A sleeping area with a double bed (140×190) and a study area, separated from the living area by a PVC curtain.
- A bathroom with bath and WC

Outside:
- A 15 m x 10 m swimming pool, shared with tenants in the residence, unheated and accessible from late April to early October. Secured by badge.
- A 4 m² loggia, facing east and south, with furniture to make the most of fine weather.

The studio is ideally located in Agde, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
