- A shower room, and separate WC;

- The accommodation has board games, a clothes horse, a fan;

- The accommodation is equipped with blankets and pillows and a washing machine;

- The residence has a heated outdoor swimming pool, a tennis court and ping-pong tables

- Private parking space No. 181.



The IPANEMA residence is ideally located:

- 1 KM from sandy beaches;

- 500 metres from shops and restaurants;

- 1 KM from the supermarket;

- 2.3 KM from the port.



Sheets, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are extra:

A deposit of €500 is requested upon your arrival.
