Our charming 46m2 apartment in Cap d’Adge is ideally located on the Ile des Loisirs, only 400m from the beach and 5 minutes from the port and shops. With access to 14 km worth of beaches, our retreat is the ideal destination to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea with friends and family. Enjoy the sunny atmosphere of South of France - this is the premier destination for an exciting and stunning summer vacation. Our space comfortably accommodates 4 guests but can sleep up to 6!

Our apartment has 2 BEDROOMS with 1 Double bed and 2 Single beds or 1 Bunk bed in the second bedroom. There's also a Trundle bed or a Pull-out bed in the living area to accommodate additional guests. Bedding configurations may vary so please specify your bedding preferences with our friendly team upon booking and we will be happy to try and accommodate you.

Get ready for your day in the 1 BATHROOM with a bath or shower (please note that this may vary from room to room). We'll provide you with a hairdryer. Bath linen is not provided for stays of 7 nights or more, but is available to rent on-site.

After a day at the beach, retreat to our comfortable LIVING AREA. Curl up on the sofa and watch your favourite show on the TV. You can connect with friends and family back home using the FREE Wi-Fi. In the evening, enjoy some fresh air and a glass of wine on the private balcony or terrace (please note that views vary).

In the KITCHENETTE you'll find a set of ceramic hobs, an extractor fan, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a fridge/freezer. Start your morning with a cup of coffee, fresh from our in-suite coffee machine.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Du Golfe where our space is conveniently located. These include access to the shared outdoor heated pool (open from mid-April to mid-September), a paddling pool, a terrace with sun loungers, and a bar area (open from April).

The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one condo to the next, but all are finished to a great standard! If you have a specific request, please inform our team upon booking and we will be happy to add a request to your reservation.

LOCAL FAVOURITES

Spend days at the tennis courts (60 courts - International Centre), the International Golf course, the new Casino and Congress Centre, Lunapark (theme park), or Aqualand (water park). The Archipel Cité de l’Eau Spa and Balneo Centre is only a 5-minute drive away!. If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a delicious meal at Manovi Plage, a 7-minute walk away. Pick up some groceries at Carrefour Contact, a 4-minute drive away.

• Bath linen is not provided but is available to rent on-site for €10/kit
• Some of these residences accept pets at an additional charge of €13/pet/day. Pets must have current vaccinations and be microchipped/tattoed.
• Outdoor parking is free!
• TV may only offer channels in French
• Baby kit rental (crib + high chair + bathtub) : 9€/day – 35€/stay
• An ID card or passport is required for all guests (babies included), and a driver's license is not valid
• A number of these units are available, and each is individually decorated. The images shown are a representation of the unit you will receive
• Upon arrival, you will be asked for a security deposit of €300
• Please note that a small daily eco-tax and tourist tax per person will be collected upon arrival. The amount is subject to change, please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.
• Additional end-of-stay cleaning (except kitchen area & dishes) is included in the price. Please note that all accommodation must be returned in
• a clean and tidy condition. Any lack of cleanliness of the accommodation returned and requiring intervention cleaning other than that described in our T&Cs will be subject to invoicing through the deposit.
