The living room has a sofa, TV, and furniture. It overlooks the terrace.

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a second bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm) and storage space (the bedding is high-quality). Both bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.

Other amenities include a vacuum cleaner, clothes dryer, clothes rack, hairdryer (Babyliss 2300W), garment steamer, and for working from home, two computer monitors, one of which is 21 inches.
