"VRBO and the host double booked the place. After a long drive we arrived to a house full of guests who were already unpacked and very unhappy to see us. VRBO's "VRBO Care" would have had us moved from a 4 bedroom house to a hotel for one night, and then the remaining nights at a similar place nearby (but that we would need to find on our own). This was unacceptable so we asked for a full refund."

"My girlfriends and I had a great stay at this rental! The property offered great views, plenty of space and of course, the hot tub! Located conveniently to a variety of wineries, breweries, and hiking trails. The two full size beds, two twin beds, and a pullout couch were very accommodating. "This place is beautiful! Was perfect for me and my friends’ ski weekend. Was super cozy, location was great, and it took care of all our needs. The host was amazing and gave us everything we needed (and replies fast!)- the itinerary she provided was so nice! We really enjoyed one of the recommended places, Woodbridge farm brewery- super cute and yummy and someone even pulled us aside asking how we heard about it since it’s so low key! Overall, we had a great time and would definitely recommend...

"Our stay at the Afton Clubhouse was absolutely wonderful and would recommend this property to anyone! Jamie and her BSG Team were awesome hosts, providing the door code shortly before check-in. "Clean, nicely decorated home and polite hosts, but our stay was significantly impacted by a heating failure during extreme cold. We arrived to a 51° house just before a winter storm; despite emergency heat, only the living room and primary bedroom (with fireplaces) were usable. A functioning HVAC system is a basic requirement at this price point. No refund was offered; relocation during the storm was the only solution. We appreciate the home, and would have loved to return."
