The chalet is located in a small-scale and tranquil chalet park, overlooking Lake Afritzer, right in the sunny southern part of Carinthia. Majestic mountains, sparkling lakes, and vast green landscapes unfold around you. Whether you want to relax with a good book or actively explore the surroundings—everything is possible here, no matter the season.

Water sports enthusiasts and sun worshippers can indulge in their passions. In addition to lake Afritzer See, which is within walking distance, there are other beautiful lakes nearby such as lake Ossiacher See, lake Millstätter See, lake Brennsee, and lake Faaker See—perfect for swimming, stand-up paddleboarding, or simply enjoying by the waterside. The picturesque village of Afritz am See and the surrounding towns offer everything you need: from supermarkets and local shops to traditional Austrian restaurants.
