Vi fik ved check-in at vide, at aircondition ikke virkede efter strømafbrud grundet orkanen. Værelset var ikke gjort rigtigt rent: skraldespandene var ikke tømt, der var tandpasta rester i håndvasken, og der hang våde håndklæder i badeværelset fra de tidligere gæster!!! Og så var der intet varmt vand da vi næste morgen skulle i bad! Uha, ikke godt, "

The hotel was a very good and convenient hotel for its price range.
The staff were amazing and cared. I forgot an important and expensive medical device. Their follow up, care in packaging, promptly action were all commendable.

"This was a very nice bungalow. We stayed in the Peacock room. We had a key to the door to lock when we left the property. There were towels and robes made available for showering and a mini fridge with water. Also a kettle with some instant coffee and granola bars. Kimberly picked us up and took us to the airport for a fee, the convenience and her knowledge of the city were very helpful in getting us to the airport on time the day of our departure. I would recommend this location for a stay in...

"This is a great property for a quick trip to Tampa. The location is very convenient and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is overall very clean and in good condition. The only thing that I would improve a bit, is the towels, some of them were stained and had hairs stuck to them, we asked for more and they gave them to us immediately. The rooms also have a full kitchen that is very convenient and a full size refrigerator. Overall a very good hotel. "
