This modern one-bedroom, two-bath home includes a convenient sofa bed downstairs, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests. Enjoy easy walking access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and everything Jetty Road has to offer, all while relaxing in a beautiful space that perfectly blends comfort and convenience.

The Gordon Hideaway is designed for effortless coastal living with plenty of room to unwind. The standout feature of the home is the stunning staircase that runs through the main floor, a fun and beautiful centerpiece that connects the spaces with style.

Downstairs, you’ll find a cozy living area with a sofa bed, perfect for additional guests or a quiet spot to relax. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washer and dryer, making it easy to settle in for longer stays.

Upstairs, the spacious master bedroom features an open ensuite bathroom and private balcony, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks while enjoying the fresh air. A second full bathroom provides extra convenience for guests.

Outside, the lovely outdoor area offers a serene space to unwind after exploring the nearby beach and vibrant Jetty Road precinct. Despite being just steps away from the hustle and bustle, The Gordon Hideaway enjoys a quiet setting behind a local hair salon, ensuring peace and privacy throughout your stay.

This home accommodates up to four guests and combines location, style, and comfort for a memorable Glenelg getaway.

Please note all bed linen and towels are provided, but guests should bring their own beach towels. Strictly no smoking or vaping on the property. No parties or events. Fines will apply for non-compliance.

Pets are not permitted.

Please note a 50% deposit is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due 7 days before your stay. A pre-check-in form must be completed before arrival, including submitting a valid ID, a selfie, and agreeing to terms and conditions.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
