This beautifully designed studio opens onto a private deck surrounded by lush greenery and tranquil elevated views. The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a relaxing spa and a comfortable lounge area—perfect for unwinding with a morning coffee or soaking under the stars.

Inside, the open-plan living area feels warm and inviting, with a cosy sofa, TV, and stylish finishes that create a relaxed yet modern atmosphere. The kitchen and dining area sits beside a stunning glass wall, drawing in natural light and leafy outlooks, and is well-equipped with a full-size fridge, stove, coffee pod machine, and an integrated washing machine. A breakfast bar for two doubles as an added dining space or a convenient spot to work on your laptop.

The queen bed is thoughtfully positioned behind a partial wall, offering a sense of privacy while maintaining the airy studio layout. Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
