Should you have more than 4 guests, a super comfy, deluxe double fold out sofa bed is available in the living area (upon request).

Explore the city on foot, via eScooter, bike or public transport such as the free city tram (within the city), which travels to the Museum, Art Gallery, Festival Theatre and Torrens Riverbank, Convention Centres, Universities, Entertainment Centre, and even as far out as Glenelg Beach.
Adelaide`s FREE Tram service can take you from the East End to the West End every 15 minutes in air-conditioned comfort from North Terrace (400m walk away). Or catch the Free Connector Bus

LOOKING AFTER THE APARTMENT: We try to keep the place in the amazing condition you will enjoy, so we ask, please: - NO eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Water is OK. - NO smoking please If evidence of smoking is present inside or outside, thorough cleaning or repair will be required and costs will be passed onto guests. - Leave the apartment tidy and in the condition it was given. Please wash and put away all dishes. Pick up after yourselves. Put your rubbish in the bins and take the rubbish out to the big bin on your floor. No need to strip the beds, the cleaner will do that.
SECURITY & POWER - please: - turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving the property. - lock the front door and rear sliding door when leaving or checking out. - Close all windows when checking out. - Look after the keys. Lost keys/remote will incur a charge of AU$200 for replacement.
REPORT DAMAGE: Please report any damage to property upon check in. We understand minor mishaps and life happens, but please report if something happens during your stay to allow us to fix / replace it for the next guests.
Please acknowledge that should there be evidence of major damage to the house or furniture, you may be charged the cost of replacement or fixing the item/s or be charged an insurance excess of $500.
