This stunning property houses three bedrooms, one bathroom, and a large open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area ready for you to kick back, relax and enjoy your home away from home. With 201 sqm of living space, this apartment offers plenty of room to spread out and enjoy your stay.
As you enter the apartment, you`ll step into the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. The Kitchen is a chef`s dream, with a gas cooktop, large island bench with four bar stools, and all the appliances you need to create a delicious meal. The adjacent dining area features a large table that seats eight, perfect for a family dinner or a game night with friends. The living area is furnished with comfortable seating, a large TV, and plenty of natural light, making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Tucked to the side you’ll see your lounge area, equipped with couches & a dedicated study space for any quiet or work time that you may need.
Moving down the hallway, you`ll find the bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry. The Master Bedroom is a serene haven with a comfortable king-sized bed, plenty of storage in the walk-in robe, and a luxurious ensuite with a large walk-in shower. This is a private apartment all to yourself and you won`t be sharing this with any strangers during your stay. Parking is available for two vehicles in an unsecured undercover car park. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.
$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.
CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.
LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.
LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
