Huttside is only a short distance to Rundle St, Rundle Mall, The Adelaide Fringe, the tram to Glenelg Beach, supermarkets and Adelaide’s best cafes, restaurants and shops.

Upon arrival at Huttside you’ll immediately feel comfortable with our modern furnishings and finishes. Entry into our apartment is via lockbox, available 24 hours.

Our compact yet functional kitchen, four seater dining and bright living area is perfect for relaxing in front of the TV, cooking up a storm or cosying up on the sofa with a freshly brewed Nespresso coffee and a ‘can’t put it down’ book.

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay including a Nespresso machine, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, and kitchenwares! Take a seat in our dining area and entertain in style with our 4 seater dining.

Our apartment has one queen and one double bedroom with comfortable bedding and vintage wash linens. There is hanging space if you need to store any clothes. Our bathroom has a shower, vanity, toilet and washing machine. Enjoy the provisions of hair and body care amenities on us. We also have a cute little balcony, perfect for summer nights!

A portacot and high chair are available to hire for a fee. Should you require them, please let us know upon booking.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
